I’ve been Ketogenic for 1.5 years. As I intermittently fast, I have been constantly looking for something to add to my water to decrease muscle cramps or headaches. THIS is the one you want! Great flavor! It also helped me switch to drinking more water. I use these to also make electrolyte gummies. I only put one scoop in 32 oz (recommendation is much less water) of water and still get the hint of flavors. You can also mix these two 🙌

I found this the day after I had an awful night of leg cramps so bad my toes were curling up. I went into the health food store, the clerk that helped me, showed me the Ultima. It has no sugar & boosts your electrolytes. It is amazing how fast it works. If I get a cramp in the middle of the night, I get up, go to the kitchen & grab a glass then scoop some Ultima (always on the counter by the sink) add water. I drink it down & it starts working almost immediately. Now they have it in little packets as well, that you can to your water bottle on the go. I just love this stuff.

I got these because 1) I wanted to try them before buying bigger ones, and 2) I figured I'd have a smaller travel size container later down the line. Was very pleased with both flavors and even though they may have been a little more expensive to buy this way, I'm glad I did because I do like the thought of having a smaller size to put in my suitcase for traveling. Would recommend this product. Both flavors were delicious!

It's a little on the sweet side. I use one scoop between 3 16.9 oz bottles of water. I order Ultima all the time but this order both containers solidified, Got really hard & clumpy. This has happened a few other times but I was past the return date so I never complained. This time I did...I would have stopped buying but Amazon took care of it even though I was past the return date.

The lemonade one is delicious, I haven't tried rasberry yet. They are a bit expensive but very good options for electrolytes.

Our go to hydration! The whole family uses even our high intensity athlete! Does the job and tastes great. Our favorite is Raspberry, lemonade & Cherry Pomegranate.

Love the lemon, like the raspberry hence the reason the lemon flavor is always out of stock everywhere. If you’re on Keto this powder is a need and totally yum 😋.
