This is a Great Product! Very good quality. Works well using by hand. Works amazing with a buffer. This removes small scratches and adds a great shine.

Garbage product. I ordered this after reading a few gushing 5 star reviews and I was so excited to get my 13 year old city car ("pearl black" Acura) looking just a little less beat up. Somewhere at some point it got an unsightly 2 sq foot area of scratches on the front fender that was really bugging me whenever I saw it parked next to other vehicles because it made me look like a bum, even though it's an otherwise good looking car and the design aged gracefully imo. Anyway, I tried using this product twice over the course of a couple weeks and it didn't work. When it first goes on, it appears to work perfectly, but then it just gets washed off in the rain. Essentially just lipstick for the car. Maybe it will work for you / your car's specific surface. I thought the directions were a little strange too, "Don't use in the sun." ??? Give me a break A few weeks later I happened to be at an Auto Zone where I found a $17 Dupli-color paint pen that claimed to be an exact match paint for my make and model. It came with a small scraper, paint and clearcoat; it took me several hours to meticulously apply directly to/over hundreds of scratches and gashes on my front bumper. Now a few weeks since, the dupli color scratch fill paint is still sticking and doing a great job at masking the white plastic bumper that was peeking through before. The scratches/repairs are unnoticeable from 8-10ft+ away, though very obvious if standing right next to it. Still, it's a big upgrade over having really obvious glaring white on black scratches, and I guess even given the sunken cost of $25 for this crappy little sponge thing and the $20 for the Autozone one, I managed to "mitigate" my scratch issue for $45 in the end. Not bad.

It’s sad to say that the package came leaked. This is the first time I’ve had an actual Amazon package come fully leaked like this and all covered… either Amazon poor packaging or the seller did not properly seal this item… or both actually lol. The only reason why I’m going it a 3 star is because it worked for my dad’s truck, he got some scratches on it and the product actually did the trick at covering it up and making it look like new again. However, I’d say the customer support is lacking as well. I sent them an email or message and they never responded, my dad had already used it as well and said it worked. So I guess we can’t get a replacement or anything. Just be on the lookout for a leak in your package or record before opening

I purchased this product on May 3rd and received it today (May 5th). I opened it and immediately went to apply it first on the hood of my black 2023 Jeep Compass (where the scratch / swirl marks were left from an automatic car wash). It did not take too much elbow grease to rub the product in and then wipe away with the microfiber cloth. The swirls and scratches went away almost after the first application. I applied and rubbed the product twice and had the same success as the first time. I then applied this on the doors of my vehicle where there were some small scratches and the scratches disappeared after the first application and wipe. You can't even see the marks anymore! Thank you so much to Carfidant for helping remove my worries with this easy to use product. Would highly recommend to purchase if you have clear coat scratches / swirls and have a black or dark vehicle. This product will NOT disappoint you!
