I love these Fat Daddios pans - for the first time my cake layers bake beautifully - even and cooked properly all the way through. Easy to clean too. I will be adding more of these to my collection.

I don't often want to make a normal sized cake, for various reasons. This pan allows me to easily cut an 8" pan recipe in half--It make bake up slightly deeper, but has not been a problem so far. The bake itself is good and release has been easy.

I love these fatdadio cake tins u get a perfect cake every time as long as it’s grease properly or u won’t be able to get your cake out without breaking it. i use a baking sheet that’s slightly to big at the bottom & i grease the sides. I highly recommend this tin. I’ve only rated 4star because of the sticking otherwise it would be 5star

Su calidad me ha ha sorprendido gratamente. Coge muy bien el calor y lo reparte de manera muy uniforme. El único pero que le pongo es que el adhesivo que incorpora es muy fuerte y no sale de manera fácil. Pero por lo demás es fantástico.

Cooks evenly

Size I ordered: 8" x 2" (and also 8" x 3") I am a beginner baker. These are perfect cake pans. As someone who is new to baking my greatest fear is the cake being stuck/falling apart after baking. (After all those hours of work!) I bought three of those for layered cake. (Yes it's a huge challenge for my as a beginner) The pic in the oven, the middle one is another 8" x 3" of this brand I have XD Learnt them from a famous baking YouTuber and it's really a good recommendation. I buttered the pans before putting the batter in, place a parchment paper at the bottom, the cake did not stick to the sides and easy to remove from the pan. The batter was baked evenly, the texture is consistent. The product recommended hand wash so I rinsed it with hot water to remove any thing sticking and also the grease of the butter, remove them gently with a brush, and then sponge. They are incredibly easy to clean.
