Unchained: Blood Bond Saga Volume 1

Gripping, Enthralling, Superb
Helen Hardt has written an absolutely gripping and enthralling story - it was simply superb. This is definitely going to be a saga of epic proportions. Unchained is the collection of books 1-3 from the Blood Bond Saga and it is totally unputdownable. Erin and Dante's story will have you spellbound from the beginning. I'm a lover of the paranormal genre and this is definitely sitting near the top of my list.Dante is a vampire who has been broken by his past, he is desperate;y trying to deal with all of his issues, but now another has arisen, Erin. Erin is a nurse he has fallen in love with and she cannot deny the pull she feels towards Dante. But there is a major problem ... Erin does not know he's a vampire. As much as Dante is drawn to Erin, he continually finds himself hesitating, but he is not sure why. Erin desires him constantly and cannot understand why Dante continually rejects her. Does his time spent in the Queen's captivity have anything to do with this? Dante finally believes in the blood bond between himself and Erin, but his need to understand it has him turning to his grandfather Bill. Erin is beginning to forget things, she feels as though she is losing her mind. what is happening to her and how is Dante the only one who can help her? This series has everything ... suspense, mystery and passion. One of the best I have read. I can't wait to continue this story.Read and Reviewed for Reading Is Our SatisfactionFIVE STARS

Wow
I just finished the first three books of the Steel Brothers saga. I decided to take a break from that storyline before I continued. And now, I have completed the first three books of the Blood Bond Saga. Wow! I am so intrigued by this storyline, that I am having difficulty putting down my Kindle. And I am not usually a fan of vampire stories. I am actually spellbound by all of this author's books. I am not getting anything else done in my spare time. I would highly recommend Helen Hardt's books.

Helen Hardt is new to me but I am on book three waiting for book four. Love this series!!!
Did not expect the sex scenes to be so explicit. Not tacky but enough you can feel flush if I’m a crowded room while reading. You must read all three books- this is a cliffhanger. I loved it.It’s a bit slow. Maybe redundant but by book two you need the redundancy to keep up.I loved it.

Annoyingly repetitive scenes and story that meanders
I got to chapter 21 and had to stop. Every other scene was Dante getting Erin all worked up then saying he couldn’t be intimate and leaving. And Erin just “can’t” help but want him no matter how little she knows him, no matter his crass responses, no matter how many times he leaves her hanging. And Dante isn’t ready to tell anyone anything... ever. He’d rather be a sullen a-hole. No thanks. I returned this title to get my money back.

Across between Twilight and 50 Shades of Grey.
The love story between Erin and Dante is a classic love story that has a twist. I haven't been able to put the book down. I guess the series is also a movie or TV show. I can't wait to watch it but I want to read the book first. I have learned over years the book is always better.

Save your time and money
I tried but I just couldn't anymore. It felt like a teenager with a dirty mind wrote this. Very immature and repetitive. How many times can Dante make Erin feel completely insecure and she's finished yet she can't control her urge to want to ride him into oblivion?? I can't count the number of times I rolled my eyes. I tried to read more hoping it would get better but it didn't so I gave up.

Unchained first 3parts
I like the introduction on this book and well it was for free. But it was quite short for 3 volume, it just could be book 1, why split it, not sure why.But I was a bit disappointed on how it turned out.The characters could have been more detailed, as well for the surroundings part of New Orleans, I missed more information on this area. Most plays out in hospital, or within Erin's flat. I found it a bit to monotone. New Orleans is such a fascinating city it could have been a lot better to help develop the storyline, to add some flair. I liked the idea of this kind of Vampires that there so rare and have different abilities, as well didn't get that old.I don't have a problem with erotic or sexual interpretations, but the details of it sounded pretty cheap, it could have been better. Sorry for the not so good review, everyone has a different taste, some like it some not. I would have a look into the next part, but again to short for a bundle of 3 and to expensive. Sorry.

Money grab
The story line is interesting but it's a shame it takes so long for anything to actually happen. It seems like a money grab. 19parts in total. You get 3 parts at a time for £4/£5 and 3 parts add up to less than a standalone book. If you want to invest in it then by all means do. But I know when I've read these types before it soon starts to become predictable. So unfortunately for this author I won't be getting pulled into giving her more money than needed for a book that seems to have no character development and is slow at story development. I'm also not sure the author has this completely planned out.

Poorly written
Didn't enjoy these books. Not well written. Poor characters, boring as well. I have read this authors work before and enjoyed it, but not this series. Do not waste money.

Parts 1-3
I really really wanted to love this but I got frustrated, will they or won't they, repetitive scenes. There's some chapters that are just first class, story development about the missing patients etc.Characters ok but the dialogue needed to flow better, especially between the main lead and his grandfather. How is he not suffering from ptsd I don't know. Why not sell this as a complete volume instead of in parts. For me my interest stops here.
