This seemed to help with a small skin rash. It was effective. When i stopped it came back. So i started again and it seems like its clearing.

It’s difficult to review Traditional Chinese Medicine - and other alternative treatments - because they typically affect the body’s system, as opposed to going directly for the symptoms. It takes longer for systemic shifts. That having been said, my practitioner of TCM suggested this for my dog’s (Bichon frise) allergies. She was already taking a western antihistamine, stinging nettles and acupuncture. Since systemic changes go slowly, I didn’t immediately see a change. However, 6 months later, as my dog was doing so much better, I thought to tweak her ‘cocktail,’ and surprisingly, after one week of stopping only this one thing, she was scratching more and more, until I reintroduced the Xiao Feng Pian. She is well-balanced with the XFP.

Bought this for my eczema I've been dealing with for over a year. At the standard dose I did not really notice any difference but when I doubled the dose which you can do which is 12 pills three times a day I did actually feel like it helped, however it was super expensive and I couldn't keep it up.
