Miss Elaine Women's Short Tricot Nightgown, Flutter Sleeves and Premium Lightweight Fabric, Embroidered Neckline

I have been looking for a nightgown just like this for ages, and I finally found it. Nightgowns in other fabrics than nylon are uncomfortable for me to sleep in; they bunch up, make it hard to turn over, and make me sleep in wrinkles. (This is especially true in the winter in Minnesota, when we use flannel sheets.) I had one faded and worn nylon gown; then I found these. I've already ordered a second one in navy. It is so smooth, comfortable, pretty, not see-through, easy to wash, perfect length, perfect neckline and sleeves. Well, the neckline was a bit too small to get it on and off easily, and I appreciate an earlier commenter who suggested clipping the stitches holding the small overlap at the bottom of the the neck. That made it perfect!

I wanted a lightweight nightie to help me roll under the new microfiber sheets I just got. This nightgown is perfect. It's super silky and lightweight. It's true to size, and the dark cherry color isn't see-through. One tip: I didn't like that the neckline was too high, but you can cut the few threads that attached the two neckline flaps to open it up a bit more. It made a big difference.

It was a gift for a93 year old and she loved it!

It is silky and cool; helps calm down my hot-flashes when sleeping.

I like the Miss Elaine nightgowns but thought I had ordered the Shadowline nightgown so was a bit disappointed. I went to there web I thought.

This style by Miss Elaine is timeless. I've had 4 of them over the years. Wear them 24/7/365. The fabric is high quality and the sewing is spot-on. The only thing that makes me get new ones is the elastic in the neckline slowly looses its strength. I do not use high dryer heat either. Elastic just has a life.

This nite gown will be good for the Summer!
