QC 3.0 wall charger(5V 3A) charges the power bank much faster than iPhone adapter(5V 1A). 2. Take AC charging as daily power sources please. The energy transformation from solar to electricity is rather slow and the solar charging speed is subject to sunlight intensity and panel conversion rate. It takes 6-8 hours to solar charging 5-10% of the battery, which is designed to make emergency phone calls for outdoor activities. 3. For your safety, please don’t leave the power bank in your car,or expose it to intensive sunlight for too long. 4. The power bank is IP 54 rainproof but not totally waterproof, please don’t use it underwater or wash it with water. 5. Align the Qi charger to the sweet point of your phone for better performance. 6. Keep the solar power bank out of the reach of children and avoid inappropriate use by children.

It’s Junk!
I bough this out of curiosity, I wanted to try it out and see if it worked. After several months owning it this is my honest opinion: WORSE PIECE OF JUNK EVER! A WASTE OF MONEY!I have left the battery out in the sun for hours and days at a time and it does charge but it does not produce enough energy to charge an iPhone battery to full capacity. At most 50%, and it charges the phone super slowly even with the USB cable. Now I have it seating in my garage waiting for our spring garage sale so I can pass it on for a buck.

Tested as 8560mAh, NOT 12000mAh as advertised
I purposely fully charge and then fully drain power banks after buying them, and then test their capacity (both charging and discharging). I will admit that I didnt do that with this one, but I've only owned it now for less than 6 months, use it a few times a week during work as I'm very frequently in areas without AC outlets available or sites with no power on yet and it DOES perform well. For those of you complaining about the solar charging function, how about educate yourself a little bit, or maybe read into the descriptions that are provided by the seller, which clearly say "it will take 6-8 hours of sunlight to charge 5-10%, and is designed to allow you to make emergency calls, etc and NOT as the primary charging source for the bank." If you want a bank that will charge faster via solar, get one of the models that has 4 of these panels that fold out, therefore giving you 4x the charging power, but again, solar charging on batteries banks is always abysmal, I'm talking in the 100-200mAh range, so, divide 12,000 by 200, and it would take rougly 60 hours in OPTIMAL conditions to charge, and that's without taking into account losses, inefficiencies, etc. People have very unrealistic expectations. However, this bank DOES work well, it charges quickly and can charge 4 devices simultaneously (2x USBA, 1x USBC, and Qi wireless charge), but the actual capacity of this bank is grossly overstated. When I tested it (multiple times), the BEST result I got was around 8800mAh, which is just over 25% LESS than it's rated at. I got this for $12.50, which was probably a mistake at the time, but I would NOT pay $25+ for it. For that price, you can buy a cheaper 30,000mAh bank with much better capacity.

Not worth it
Not worth the money. I’ve only had this charger for 9 months and it crapped out on me. I already knew it was going to give me problems the first month I had it. But decided to use it until it dies out.Don’t rely on the sun to powering the charger. One time I left it in the sun for a few hours and when I went to check on it, it didn’t charge at all. The charger has to be charged daily because it drains so quick. The light is a bonus, but honestly not needed. Recently, I had to toss it because the button to turn it on would not come back out. It burned up my phone and the charger was starting to expand.

Didn't waste your money
Product was purchased for my camping trip. Charger worked very well as I tested and charged it at home before going camping. Item was charged the day before we left for the trip and once we got there and set camp up I tried to charge my phone and product was not turning on not charging my phone. Hopefully the replacement that Amazon is going to process will work better then this very disappointed in the productUpdate: I received my replacement and it turned o as expected but wouldn't turn off. The only way it turned off is once the battery finally died. This product is absolutely a waste of money. Not only did the first one didn't work the replacement didn't either

Solar charging not good enough
The product is good if you charge it via electricity. After a full charge, I used it to charge my phone and it did it effectively. The next day, I put it under the sun the whole day and only one blue dot was acquired and wasn’t enough to charge my phone the following day. Charging it using the solar panel is not effective. So don’t assume you can just put this under the sun and have enough juice to charge your phone.

First Solar Powerbank I own. Only last for 1 hours and it is dead
I bought this portable power bank for my GoPro timelapse during renovation of my garage. I have been using it for straight 8 hours a day and with solar charging, I didn't need to use the usb charger. I also love the flashlight, warning light and SOS. I will buy 2 more for travel and for my daughter.UPDATE: After 7 days of use, Fully charged powerbank only last for 1 hours doing a timelapse video. Now I have to buy another powerbank. Seller can't be reach.

It works ok
I was camping in the desert for 9 days and never got it to recharge fully despite hours - days in the sun. It did recharge phones enough to keep them going most days. I was disappointed it didn’t charge better. But it did work to about 60% satisfaction. My friend had a different brand of solar charger and it was worse so compared to the other brand this was ok!

Durable! Flashlight instructions here!
I’m super excited to have this solar charger! It will be great for when we go camping!! It does wireless charging, and has ports. It can recharge itself in the sun! It’s so perfect!!! Definitely something to keep in your camping gear, zombie outbreak bag, or emergency roadside kit! It’s got a good feel to it, doesn’t feel cheap. The flashlight is an awesome feature. It doesn’t turn off as described in the description. You have to quickly press twice to turn it off.I’d buy another!
