This company has really gotten on my last nerves!! I have ordered now twice from them them!! the first one I ordered I could not get that little bit out to replace it with A tool so that I could file my nails no matter what I did I could not open it to get the bit out!! So I got a hold of Amazon box it up and sent it back. and asked for another one. today it came in the mail I was so excited I open the box hooked it up on the charger and went directly to the little pin —-And wouldn’t come out again!! I turned it twisted turn it nothing -couldn’t get it open I put it down because I knew I was gonna get aggravated I go to the actual piece mind you there’s no footpedal like it says in the actual description well now it doesn’t turn on at all the actual drill part the green lights on like you know it it’s charged. I left it plugged in for over an hour it’s completely dead so it will not take a charge at all so not only can I not get the bit out the head part it will not take a charge or come on!! I have never in my life been so disgusted!!! I have ordered three different drills at three different times two from this company and one from another company and none of them have worked at all. And they all came through Amazon!! I’m completely done with this company. There’s no instructions in the box not that it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out I even got on YouTube to figure out!🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s just a piece of crap😡

The media could not be loaded.  I read all the reviews before I ordered this and it was a mixed review. I was worried about the plug being EU and even had an adapter in my cart just in case. But it came as described. It’s light but the drill piece itself feels more substantial. The drill bits that come with it are not the Best, but it’s a good set to start off with. The only complaint I have about it is I have to hold it in my lap between my legs when I use it because it moves that’s how light it is.Also don’t mind my nails in the vid. I got this to take off an old ass acrylic set with gel polish lol

Drill bits are too big to fit. I ordered different bits and those were too big, too, so the drill is at fault. I waited a month for this file so I’m a little upset and frustrated!!

This is great it’s light weight . East to use. I bought this because the one that i had stopped working and I needed one. It’s great but I prefer where it shows the digital number to know how fast I’m going on a client . The battery is horrible I have to recharge a lot

Was great at the beginning until it started to not keep a charge and had to recharge without use.

At the first attempt I felt it's hard to use, but it's really comfortable and it has multiple settings. As a nail art lover it was working as expected. It's portable and weight less.
