Ok so are there any oats in here or not?

Hey Shuntel H., Forget about the Oats. That particular product does not give you the health benefits that Mother Nature intend us humans ~and our pets~ to receive. They do not disclose vital information about d-Glucans which are the key component to gives us what we want, and there must be a reason for that. My experience is that there other more reliable products, buy they are too costly to consume long term. I found at Amazon a much better option. They disclose the d- Glucans and the price is very reasonable. The name is 'Chaga Mushroom Extract Powder' and the Seller are good American people D.B.A. My Berry Organics. Get yourself a strong Immune System without shelling out too much money. I wish you well !

How much is biomass and how much is oats?

I think this is all turkey tail. It's grown on an oat base but the powder looks like mushroom, not oats.

What is the percentage of Beta Glucan (polysaccharide)?

The company says that it has 20% BETA-GLUCANS, which is amazingly high for a Lions Mane powder that is made from mycelium instead of only the fully ripe mushrooms. They also say that it does vary. Mycelium is the root of the mushroom before it grows into the ripe mushroom fruit. The Beta-glucans are the only ingredient which is responsible for the memory improvements.
