Question 1

how can a medium be 96cm?? your measurements are messed up

Accepted Answer

Hi there, Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Our actual size chart is in the photo tutorial to the left of the listing. We have contacted Amazon about the error with the drop down menu, which is terribly incorrect. A size medium would actually equate to waist measurements of 30" - 34"/ 76cm - 87 cm. Many apologies for the confusion! Send us a private message by clicking the "Contact Seller" button, and we will get your information to send you a free belt for bring this to our attention. Thank you for saving the day!

Question 2

There seems to be a difference between the sizes listed in the picture and those on the drop down menu- which is correct?

Accepted Answer

Hi there, We are a USA listing. So the drop down menu for the Amazon UK listing is the conversion from USA sizes to UK sizes. Many apologies for the confusion. We see that you are a UK customer, so please follow the drop down menu. If you give me your hip and waist measurements, I can point you in the right direction for the perfect fit. Have a wonderful day! Kind regards, Catherine
