These covers are perfect for those who need washable and easily removable covers in case your young children drop food during meals. That's what I needed! Most chair covers seem to be intended to replace the original covering (for old and damaged chairs). My chairs are new, and just need a little protection until my young son gets old enough to stop dropping his spaghetti and red sauce between his legs. These covers don't require removing the original cushion for installing the covers, like others do.. The elastic fits easily over the chair, covering the top and sides of the cushion. But they look like exactly what they are-- removable coverings. There's a small gap toward the back of the chair cushion where the cover slips on, so you can see the original cushion a bit. No one will think this is your original cushion, so if that's your intent, this is not the right product for you. For me, it was so HARD to find covers like these -- easy on, easy off. I had been using towels to cover my chairs, and these look much better. I slide them right on when my son's young friends are coming over, and I take them off when they leave! I haven't washed them yet, so I hope they maintain their color and shape in the washing machine.

Love love love these! I bought new table and chairs and needed covers that looked nice and would prevent my kids from ruining them by spilling things all over them. I looked right and low for something that would work for these chairs. They were super easy to install and the design makes them versatile to fit on a range of seat sizes and shapes. So happy to find these. Now the test to see how good they stay in place.

My dining chairs measure 19" at the leg edge and 16" at the back edge, and these seat covers fit PERFECTLY! I went with the brown even though my chair cushions are ochre - it has changed the entire appearance of the dining set and I am very happy with it! Easy to put on and take off too. Nice fabric; good quality! It was exactly what I was hoping for!

Liked that this seat cover has a flap at the rear that covers completely the back upholstery of the dining chair. Also that there are elastic ties on the bottom to hold securely in place. I previously bought seat covers that did not have the rear flap and elastic ties and they constantly popped off and always shied the old upholstery at the back, which was not a good look. Like that these are easily removable for washing. Do not like that the manufacturer recommends not using a dryer! Who has a clothes line nowadays? My grandkids are messy eaters (like most kids) and I want to be able to slip these off and throw in the wash and dry when needed. I will be using my dryer and hoping for the best.

We have two cats that love to lounge on our kitchen chairs. We were forever removing fur from our chairs. Plus they were getting scratched.The covers were super easy to put on. It took all but 5 minutes to do 6 chairs.We weren’t sure how we would like how the material covers the a little of the sides & partially on the back of the chair. As you can see by the photos, it still looks great.They fit nice and snug. No problems sliding at all so far. Such a great alternate then taking the whole seat off to reupholster. Plus they are very easy to remove to wash and put back on again.Color is true to what they advertise. We are very happy with these covers. If they are any problems, I will update at a later date.

Material is great quality. I washed them before putting on my chairs (I got the navy ones and didn't want color to transfer to my tan chairs). I hung them to dry because I read some reviews that they fell apart after drying. They looked just like new after washing. The fit on my chairs is better than expected. I think they look great and after a month of use and messy kids, I have very satisfied with this purchase.

I was having a difficult time finding slip on seat covers for dining chairs with larger seats. I could not find a way to remove the seat and re-upholster, the seat itself was flush with the back of the chair, so I couldn't just slip something over the chair pad, and this seat cover was the only possibility. So I tried it. At first I thought it looked a little awkward with the band around the back. The chairs are vanilla in color and the seat covers I ordered are navy blue. However, once I stopped staring at the seat covers and just looked at the entire dining room, they band did not stand out. It all looked great and that's what visitors see--the whole room looking good!
