I've used this to help aid with poor digestion and kidney issues. I specifically sought it out because it has only the one enzyme. It has worked great. After the first dose alone my urine had a strong odor whereas before it was always like water, as if I was having trouble eliminating toxins. My tinnitus is down a bit. I think it has helped my kidneys with clearance.Amazon is falsely reporting the customer reviews which is a very simple calculation that can't possibly be falsely reported without interference. Before my review there were 10 customer reviews as follows: 7, 5 stars; 1, 4 stars; 1, 3 stars; 0, 2 stars; and 1, 1 star. By simple arithmetic you add up all the reviewers stars for a total of 43. Divide that 43 by 10, for the 10 reviews, and you get 4.3. Why Amazon has decided to interfere with accurate customer reviews probably has something to do with who owns them. As of my review they show this product as getting 3 stars average, which is 1.3 points below true average. They also show the percentile spread when you let the mouse hover over the 3 star review average as: 30% customers gave 5 stars (in reality it's 70%); 16% gave 4 stars (10% reality); 17% gave 3 stars (10% reality); 0% gave 2 stars (they got this right!); and finally 37% gave 1 star (10% in reality).Shame on Amazon. I if were the seller of this product I would save screen shots and call them out. Your product is stellar as rated by the customers but Amazon is sabotaging you.

It is alittle pricey and capsules medium/large HOWEVER very worth every dollar! If it keeps improving my sinus symptoms I will buy forever

My fiancé was rear ended in a car accident that broke the seats loose and put the trunk in the back seat. It messed up his back in a big way. I have SIBO and IBS, and most of the time I follow a carnivore diet. These enzymes make me bloat severely. I can tolerate Creon, but not this product.

Helps to digest protein such as beef, chicken, etc. Works very well.
