D2 Blade. Almost perfect design. Stunning value in a knife!!
Things I Like/Love:Super grippy Jimping on the back of the handle and the back of the blade when open.Full Flat Grind Blade for amazing slicing/cutting geometry.Multiple Options to Deploy the blade (Thumb Hole and Flipper)Grippy and ergonomic scales.Smooth Ball Bearing PivotD2 Blade SteelRelatively light weight for it's size.Pocket clip is very unobtrusive and doesn't cause hot spots in your hand with heavy use.The "large" knife size is very useful and yet it doesn't feel overly large in your pocket.Cons:The tip is more blunt than I would prefer. Needs to be more pointy.

Great folder
I've got a crap ton of knives of all brands.. never seen or heard of honey badger knives until now. Awesome little find.. very comfortable and lightweight in hand, blade centered with a nice factory grind and sharpening. The scales are nice and grippy as well, for sure gunna get another blade style now...

Great Value for a Big, D2 Flipper
The Knife: I chose the Large (3.6" blade) Honey Badger in tan with D2 blade steel. I've carried it for one week now and I really like it. D2 would not be my first choice as I do appreciate premium blade steels like M390, but I love larger flippers. This knife was well made. It was centered perfectly, had great action, and feels really good in the hand. I've got a few other EDC Flippers and this one had a lot going for it. It's not the nicest folder I own, but I plan to use this one a lot. It came fairly sharp, but I'll touch it up to get a keener edge.

Super smooth assisted open. Love the knife.
Light, well crafted, and it can be hard to find a good deep carry especially at this price!

Great knife good flipper action and drop shut
Love this knife, not sure D2 was worth the extra money as the tool steel is not that great. I would like to see this knife in a premium steel as well. I plan to buy the cheaper one eventually as well.

Decent knife
Pros, the d2 is actual d2 steel. It's hard to sharpen. The large fits very well in hand and the blade is decently tight. The deployment of the blade using the flipper works quite well.Cons: the oil used caused staining of the scales. The other issue was how dull it came and the bevel was mismatched quite a bit. Most of the blade was at 20 degrees and the tip was 30 degrees. Took forever to reprofile with diamond sticks. Knife should last for years.

Great knife for the money
Amazing sharpness right out of the box. Great edge retention. Comparable to much more expensive knives.

Feels good in hand
Slightly bigger than what I usually carry as an EDC but feels good in my hand. My whole medium hand fits on the handle with no pinky overhang. I have the RAT model 1, which is essentially the same length/width, and it feels a little chunky in hand. This knife has a more comfortable in hand feel.
