Very nice quality glass - stable
Very nice quality glass - stable. Good size - easy to fill and wash up. The spout fits well and seals nicely in the bottle. One of the reasons for this particular choice was the hob finish for better grip when using oil and it works very nicely that way. We choice is as well because of the size as I have very small hands but my husband has large hands so it isn't to dainty for his grasp but with the hob finish and squareness, I can also maintain a firm hold. Also, one of the biggest reason for this choice happens to be its smallest feature, which is the cap on top of the spout - we wanted that feature specifically to keep out any dust or bugs for use at the camper or outside by the grill or on a picnic table for salads, whenever and wherever we wanted to take it - the product is very well suited for that type of versatility. We checked out several online and several in the stores and this was by far the most economical and even more so as it came as a pair.

So-so, at best.
Good quality glass, but very poor quality spout assembly. It has no air vent, a good feature generally included in other cruets, and the spout cap is very loose, not a snug fit at all. In fact, the entire spout assembly does not fit snugly into the glass container. It's not so loose that it would just fall out when inverted (not yet, anyway), but it comes out so easily that it makes me wonder how it will be after some period of time.

Great for storing oil and vinegar
Great for storing oil and vinegar. Haven't made a mess yet, but I am always worried about the tops falling off while pouring. The seal doesn't feel tight.

Lids don't stay on great, thick soap would probably make it fall off. But we use it for a decorative mouthwash container so it works great.
