No, go is minim space to chamber ammo, use this building or re barreling a gun, no go tells you you are getting excessive headspace. Field is no go plus a margin. Guns failing field should not be fired.

do i have t take off the extractor on the BCG ?

You should remove the extractor pin and spring. Don't want to have your Guage go flying and damage the Guage or whatever may be in the way.
