I'm a big fan of the Garlic Pepper and didn't think anything could top it. Well, this stuff does. This was one of those late-night purchases and the price was right. I like these big bottles because I do a lot of cooking from scratch and these are more cost effective than the smaller bottles. It is a very good blend of flavors. I tried it on grilled chicken last night with awesome results. Today I tried it on ramen noodles instead of using those yucky season packets and it was delicious.

To start, Badia seasonings are some of my very favorite. Anything I've gotten from them has been high quality and not a bunch of salt and fillers. I grabbed a small bottle of this to check it out and boy am I glad I did. Right when you open the bottle the most wonderful aroma hits your nose. Unlike most seasonings these days you smell this all over immediately. From there, get ready for an explosion of flavor to any dish you add this to. The wonderful thing is it works with pretty much anything you are making. It adds so much flavor and depth. That little bottle disappeared in no time so I upgrade to this larger one. I started to buy even the bigger one, but since it's just me that was likely way too much and want to keep it fresh. If you've never tried this, trust me, you need a bottle. It's as good as it's name...Complete.
