Great glue
I love everything tandy. Its great glue. I use it on all of my projects that need glue

Cement? Not hardly. But still, not bad.
Pretty much seems like Elmer's glue. This is not a cement in any realm. It did, however, hold the leather together well enough to be able to sew it, and was very pliable once it dried.
