Can we get White colour static?

Yes, the bar can be set to where it shows only white or change from other colors to white.

Is this item flicker free on video?

We use about seven of these on our church stage along the back wall on the floor and they do cause flicker on videos. We also have 4 other ceiling mounted octagon shaped LEDs which could also contribute. These are mounted about 20 feet high and 20 feet away from the stage front edge. KM
