Intense Color Depositing Hair Dye Shampoo, Pink, 8 Fl Oz

Love the vibrancy of this shampoo. Keeps my hair stunning for close to 6 months, then I need to redye because it's faded to a bluer green than I like. Smells great. The thickness is a little more watery than most shampoos, but that makes it easier to wash away any rogue droplets. So far no issues with staining in the bathroom and I've been using this shampoo for almost 3 years! But my fingertips definitely get stained for a little while. It washes away with a few hand washes though.

This stuff is easy to use, virtually mess free (if you are careful) and keeps your hair looking great!This stuff gives you bright, fun, shiny colors. It will wash out of your hair in time, but it’s so easy to use that I re-apply about 1-2 times a week to keep the color vibrant. It is a very gentle dye also, so you don’t have to worry about damaging your hair.It washes off of skin fairly easily, but can be hard to get it out of the crevices in your cuticles and nails, so use gloves or something to apply or you will spend a bit of time scrubbing your nails. I use a silicone pad.It can also stain grout and silicone, especially in fully concentrated form. Otherwise, once diluted with water when you are rinsing out it washes right down my shower drain with no residue or staining at all. It also doesn’t stain plastic, such as shower curtain liners.To use, I apply it to damp, but not totally saturated hair and lather it up a bit. Pile it on top of my head, (use a shower cap if necessary) and wash other areas while avoiding getting the hair wet. It needs to stay on at least 3-5 minutes, maybe longer on the first application. The longer you leave it on, the brighter it will be.Once I am ready to rinse it out I bend over under the shower and allow the water to rinse my hair out until I see the water starting the run clear, then I rinse more using my hands. I apply conditioner, and wipe any areas that may have gotten messy.

This shampoo works great for maintaining my bright pink hair between colorings. It also works to add some color to light-colored unbleached hair. I shampoo it in and wait for about five minutes to fully refresh my color. The color washes out gradually over a week or so.The dark side: Just like all direct color, it goes absolutely everywhere and gets on the tub, the towels, fingernails, everywhere. It washes out of the towels, and bleach cleans it off everything else.Except. The bottle lid somehow drips and dribbles color for hours after using it. It leaves super concentrated dark pink stains in the tub. So when I get a new bottle I empty it into a normal shampoo bottle and throw away the watercolors bottle like the nasty trash it is.You'd think they'd change the bottle design, but it's still worth the hassle for the color.

I love this shampoo. I have my hair professionally colored pink for breast cancer. I use this shampoo between appts to keep the color.

Honestly, I love this product the more you use it the darker the color gets it does wash out pretty easily although it does take a while for the color to fully wash out of like bleached hair but it does eventually all wash out it does dry out my hair personally, so take that into consideration, but nothing a hair mask won’t fix to soften up your hairBut because it’s quite drying, do you think it can be quite damaging if you’re not using the product properly? But other than that, I still give it a five star rating.

It gave such a refreshing look to my tired old lady white gray hair. Several people commented on how pretty it was, but they couldn't put their finger on what it was they saw. Others who did not know me even complemented how beautiful my mid back length white hair was. I will shampoo another few times to see if I can get the color to develop more intensely. At my age of 61 I have admired the color photos of older women who have their hair artic ice blue but fearful to try a permanent change but now this shampoo is giving me some baby steps to take to deepen the color to see how it fares. I hope to find someone I can trust who can do my color in the artic ice blue. The shampoo is drying initially; however, the results are worth it. So be sure once you shower and shampoo to have a really good OLD towel you don't mind staining and a leave in conditioner and hair treatment to leave on for some time to intensely detangle and soften the hair and give it shine. I was irritated upon arrival as the packaging was a bubble envelop and within there was a very thin bubble plastic cover??? When I opened it, the lid was busted, and color was everywhere and on me. However, I called Amazon immediately and their customer service was supreme! After I reported the issue, they promptly sent me another at no charge. I did suggest to Amazon that whoever packs the product needs to pack in a box with proper packing materials. Be careful as the color easily goes everywhere and gets on everything! It stains fingernails and hands for a little while so use gloves and avoid at all costs getting any of it on anything other than your hair! I would suggest that you keep it in your shower and leave it there!

False advertising. The color was not intense, in fact it was weak and spotty. I used it on bleached hair. It just wasn’t worth the money.

This works perfectly and kept my hair pink without having to go back to the salon. The only issue is the lid became loose and leaked pink all over the tub and looks like a troll has died in there. I'd still buy it again but would keep it in a separate bin to avoid the leakage

I'm really happy with this product. I tried another blue colours depositing shampoo and my hair fell and smelled terrible after using it. This product just feels like shampoo. I put it in at the start of my shower and rinse it off at the end (aftet about 5 minutes). It puts a lot of colour on the sections of hair I had lightened and puts a blue cast on my grey hair, which I kind of like. But it's pretty much gone after 3 washes with regular shampoo. I don't know how much effect it would have on darker hair.

I had used semi-permanent dye to dye my bleached hair pink and purple. The pink didn't make it through 3 washings, but the blue element from the purple did. After one use, this product completely revived both. I can't use hair dye for the next little while, so I am so grateful for this wonderful product. I was feeling ratty before I was able to use this, and it worked perfectly on my bleached hair. 10/10, would try any of their other products.

This shampoo is AMAZING. Dyes your hair every time you shower which helps you extend the blue color and saves you a bit of money. It doesn't stain your shower or the tub either so bonus :) great product

First use, hair is still wet but I can definitely see the color!Skin around my nails are tinged a wee bit pink, so keep that in mind if you ate planing on adding color to your hair before going somewhere. By the end of the day I am sure it will be gone.
