This mat has changed my yoga... I was splurging, buying a nice mat because I was tired of buying the cheap $10 ones that would fall apart... I didn't think a yoga mat could make so much difference!1. I am always comfortable. No more bruising on my chin from the floor postures... no more sore knees from thin mats...2. My balance improved... Didn't think a mat could make that much difference... apparently it does. It's got enough thickness to provide cushion, but not too much that your balance is off.3. It stays in great shape! The cheap mats would get compression dents over a couple uses and start to wear and tear... this has held up great! I've used it daily for over a month and it is in awesome condition still!5. The light blue however does make it so that you can see dirt and marks on it easier... so if you put it on an unclean surface... you see it and that's kind of gross... I clean my mat after every use, but there are some marks that aren't coming off.

I received it and taking out the box I thought wow this is really light. So it didn't feel high quality. But I took it to my power yoga class and it was great! The mat is thick but doesn't squish down so it was good support for my knees which used to hurt a lot on my old mat. And it was good for non slip. Only towards the end when I had already at sweat plus the moisture in the air, did it start to slip. But overall it worked wonderfully. Only thing is that the light weight makes it seem low quality. Not a big deal though. Would be perfect if it were a little heavier. The one I received also rolled the other direction so it's annoying to fix it the other way with the side I used rolled on the inside.

I've been doing yoga for about 16 years, and had only owned one matt. I noticed that my knees were bothering me more on the wooden floors of the yoga studio, so I decided it was time to try a thicker matt. This matt is very squishy, but not so squishy that you can't balance yourself into the poses. It did take a couple of classes for me to get used to it, but I am so glad I made this purchase! I had been looking at the pricey, designer yoga matts. This matt is half the price of some of the other matts, and feels fantastic.

It is a great yoga mat. I've used it on concrete and a thin carpet and it protects my joints on all surfaces without being too thick or bulky. The color is the peaceful color, as pictured. There is little to no smell. If you smell anything it's a waft of pool/chlorine smell, nothing foul or strong. It does pick up dirt a little but I was using it outside so I can't really complain about that! It would probably clean up with a washcloth. I am very happy with my purchase! I will keep it for a long time.Also, it seems like excellent customer service.

Haven't had problems with slipping during yoga or pilates! My two small complaints are that I wish it was a little bit longer/wider (or came in that option) and that it would lay all the way flat. I think it will flatten out with use but in the mean time it is a little annoying. I do like the thickness (which is probably why it rolls) and the texture of the mat is very interesting. I would describe it as kind of a "lace" design. It is pretty good about sticking to the floor too.

i'd like to say that I absolutely love this yoga mat, I have a hardwood floor so I was always slipping around in the middle of my workouts or yoga poses. This yoga mat STICKS! I adore it. I can do whatever pose I want and be completely balanced. it's not overly thick like most mats tend to be and you can definitely feel the earth underneath you, just enough cushioning as well. the only down side is that It tends to get dirty pretty quickly, which isn't that big of a deal. would buy again.

I received my beautiful yoga mat faster than expected. The color is absolutely beautiful. I'm not a practicing yogi but wanted a mat to do stretching exercises on the floor for my back. Well, I selected the right mat. It is well constructed and worth every penny. Actually the quality is great for the money. I would definitely purchase again from this vendor.

Four stars simply because no carry strap with mat.. like feel of material as it is definitely non-slip, would rate 6 stars if 1 to 2 inches wider. Length is great.
