It does the job
It works for what I need, be aware this is a phone meant for conference rooms and it can be associated with a Teams account. It is POE powered so you switch should provide it or you need a POE injector. I use it for conference rooms with a Lenovo Core MTR PC or a Lenovo Hub and it works fine. I normally daisy chain them (up to three together). These last two phones I got did not come with the USB cable, but fortunately I have a few extra ones, that would be the only complaint.

Junk. Not refurbished, defective.
This this was not even factory reset. Spent considerable money with my provider to get past the previous users password. It’s not refurbished, it’s just resold. Not, out of the return period, it works TERRIBLY. And we have to reset at least every 3 days or so or it doesn’t work at all. Junk.

Perct audio quality
Polycom products are great. I hot this from Amazon refurbished and completely satisfied. So much I have picked up other refurbished products

The refurbished price is great.
These are, hands down, the most advanced conference room phones. The refurbished price is way less than I was paying for them new 2 years ago. I bought two and the both perform like brand new.

Not a Grade A but still great value.
Not exactly Grade A refurbished. Dents on the bottom, scratched paint on aluminum mesh. Other than that, bang for the money, top version with Zoom Rooms, Teams and Skype support, USB an Bluetooth connectivity.

Was exactly what I expected

Phone came damaged and does not work! Beware!!!
Phone came damaged with major visible scuffs, the speaker is caked up with white paint and can’t get it to onboard with our VOIP Nextiva network. Definitely not inspected fully for operational use and looks like unit was dropped and used as hockey puck. Don’t do it!!!
