How often do you need to reapply this on face? How much do you need to cover face and neck?

The package recommends every two hours, but it probably really depends on what you do during the day. I was finding even without physical activity, if I put it on in the morning it was definitely gone by the end of my work day (and probably by lunch time). As another commenter noted, it doesn't take much to cover the face/neck. Just a little over a pea size portion. Does it discolor your foundation

No it does not discolor your foundation . I now use the face protectant that is tinted.

Is this the neutral, sand or bronze?

It is a light tint. I wouldn't say it is bronze or sand. It is just a light tint. It's awesome! I have the non-tint as well. I use the tint when I just don't feel like wearing face make-up. It is also great when I go to Hawaii and I just don't wear face make-up. It smells so good too! I love it and I always have one of each -tint and non-tint. Hope this helps.

Is this the tinted sun kissed neutral? i don't see it listed on the tube as does my current supply. description is not clear.

This is actually the normal spf with no tint. They are discontinuing the sunkissed neutral. I will try to get some more before it is all gone.
