These make me feel great. I personally take 2 a day and it definitely gives me a boost for both working out and just day to day functions. D

I take a multitude of Vitamins daily because I tend to take Single Higher Doses but, you need to eat full and complete meals to do that. When I’m in a hurry and can’t eat correctly, I will still eat something (Always Eat Well With Vitamins!), enough to handle this single Dose and I at least got Some vitamins in me. These are Organic and Non-GMO also. Cons: I think this Vitamin has some fine ingredients and I think it may be a good one for an individual that isn’t really active. Reason being, it’s dosages are very low, to where I couldn’t use this as my Daily because it’s simply not enough As I said though, it’s still good if I am unable to eat enough food to correctly take all of the Supplements I generally take. I also think it’s quite expensive for having such low amounts of vitamins. Actually, I haven’t seen a Multi-Vitamin with the dosages this low and at a relatively high price. I’m sorry to put a damper on this but, even though I see good ingredients ( Except for Soy being included), I would Never refer this Vitamin while knowing these facts. Why would I take a men's vitamin? One reason: I already take a slow-release, gentle iron tablet daily, and most iron pills are harsh. Also, this one has no artificial ingredients. Who needs all the added dyes in a vitamin? The coatings? Not me. It's surprisingly hard for me to find pills in the store that are pure and natural, so I tried these online, and they've been fine.Yes, I've read that it's better to get our herbal supplements directly from foods we eat, but I can't find much to eat (i.e., that I can bring myself to eat!) when I'm allergic to so many foods (dairy, eggs, gluten, yeast, even amaranth and quinoa, plus food dyes, nitrites, and all that). Someday I might manage the Terry Wahls Protocol, nine heaping plates a day of healthy foods: 3 each of fruits, veggies, and lean meats. (Hardly any grains; no sugar; you know the drill.)Ain't gonna happen any time soon. Kale? Yechh. I do choke down some broccoli and cauliflower daily, but three heaping plates a day of it, along with other greens?Pass the vitamin pills, please.

When it comes to vitamins, my hustand has a hard time with many of them. If he takes them on an empty stomach, he gets almost sick. If he takes them with food, they give him indigestion. It is not nearly as large as some tablets are.ARE THESE EASY TO SWALLOW?My husband says that these are the easier pills to swallow compared to others.BURP BACKS, INDIGESTION?He has taken these on an empty stomach and with food (although food is recommended). Neither case gave him problems. He is VERY impressed by this. It is one of the few multiples that give him this kind of result.DOES HE FEEL A DIFFERENCE?My husband has a very demanding physical job. If he does not take a vitamin supplement, he feels more run down and tired. He feels that these give him a good solid boost through his work week and feels a definite difference when taking them. When he skipped them for a few days, he felt it.THE BOTTOM LINEFor a great organic option for a multiple that does not give a sensitive person burping, indigestion and for a difference that is definitely felt, this is an excellent choice.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I have been looking for a long time for a healthy option of multiple to get for my husband that agrees with him and actually helps him. This seems to be a good one and we would buy it again.

Others have mentioned feeling great after they took these vitamins for a while. That has not been my experience. At first I wasn't super consistent, so I thought that might be why. Then I also noticed that the doses are pretty low (maybe that's why it doesn't have a child-safe cap). So I started being more consistent and taking two instead of one. But even after doing that for a while I haven't noticed anything. Perhaps I'm a bit healthier but just can't tell, but it's disappointing not to notice anything.The pills are a little on the large side. It's not a problem for me, but anyone who has trouble taking pills will probably need to cut them in half.I'm also a bit disappointed by the price. Over $20 for a 30 day supply isn't very good, but cut that down to a 15 day supply (taking 2 a day) a I consider that a poor value. It's nice that they're organic, but that doesn't matter as much for vitamins, which are mostly just synthesized chemicals, than it does for food.

Before trying this brand, my husband never thought he got any real noticeable benefits from a multi-vitamin. We had tried many over the years - including super spendy ones. For some reason, he felt better when he started taking these. I am not sure what the difference was with these. It may have been the zinc or selenium or maybe that all the ingredients claim to be organic. He seemed to have better sleep and better mood consistency with less anxiety.

How does one evaluate the effectiveness of a multivitamin? There isn’t any metric for them. Do I feel better or not when I take them? Perhaps, but there are a multitude of variables in our lives that impact how we feel. I suppose that the best measure is that they are easy to take and do no harm.
