Updated 8/9/19:I sent this down to a 3 star item. The price keeps it up but i'm truly unsure if this adapter cannot handle the xbox controller or if it is just a poor quality adapter. The delay is getting worse each time we use it. It will just stop picking up the controller for about 5 seconds and then reconnect only to disconnect a minute later. Sometimes it has a period of time where it is good for about 15-20 minutes but then right back to the same delay problems. Im going to give in and buy the xbox adapter.Updated 7/29/19:I bumped this down a star. It is still affordable and it does what it is supposed to, but after a few hours of game play the controller disconnects. It is a new controller and it doesnt have this issue on the xbox so I ruled out the controller. Also you start noticing a fair amount of delay the further you are away from the adapter. The computer is next to the Tv and we are in bed (about 6-7 feet) and the controller will just have a large delay every 10 or so minutes. If you are going to be very close to this while using it or not use it for long periods at a time, like for gaming, then this might be a good buy to save money.Original:I wanted to see if I could get something cheaper and more compact then the $25 Xbox One Controller Adapter Microsoft sells. I came across this device and decided to give it a shot. The controller connected with ease, the adapter was plug & play. I have had no issues so far.

Tried installing the supplied drivers on three different computers. Would work great for about five minutes then the bluetooth function would completely disappear (Windows 10 settings would say "Bluetooth not available on this computer"). Uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, same problem. If you didn't install the supplied drivers and just let Windows 10 add the drivers, it would work well for about 10 minutes then bluetooth would completely disappear. Perhaps some Windows 10 compatibility issue (instructions were for Windows 7) because it did the exact same thing on three totally different computers. Windows 10 has had wireless issues since it came out, so quite possibly is the fault of Windows 10. Nevertheless, it doesn't work well.

After got everything installed and configured on my Windows 10 PC for a Anker SoundCore 2 Bluetooth speaker, I can hear audio coming out of the speaker, but the sound is cracking and broken......looks like have to look for another adapter that works.

Standard USB Dongle Bluetooth adapter. No problems from controllers, phones, or speakers when connecting. Windows 10 and other OS do recognize it and connect fairly quick. Only issue is Blue LED light inside can not be turned off by software and may affect ambient color of other LED in your items if not same color.

I got this so I could use a good loud Bluetooth speaker with my too quiet laptop and with a desk top which is temporarily separated from it's wired in speakers. I found it works well and effortlessly pairs to my Android phone without any fiddlyness so I can have good loud music while doing chores around the house and not having to wear my earbuds or headphones.

Easy plug-n-play to enable bluetooth on Win10 laptop. Was able to connect multiple bluetooth enabled printers in a couple of minutes, eliminate the need for printer cords, and free up some usb slots on the laptop. All at a great price. Great buy.

Worked OK next to source but lost signal fast when moved to another room even though it was close.

This thing is plug and play. There is an included CD but I didn't need it. Plugged it in, Windows 10 detected it. Paired easily with my MPOW H1 headphones (what I bought it for). Good range. Better than I expected. This product is highly recommended. So far I am very satisfied.
