This oil is very high quality, very tasty. If you are looking for intense, peppery or aromatic fresh-pressed olive taste then this oil will definitely disappoint. However, that being said, this is a low acidity olive oil, definitely has plenty of flavor in my opinion. For your average American palate this will be perfect. I could taste some fruit notes and nice flavors using this in my salad this evening, I enjoyed it very much; the oil definitely made the salad. My only critique is that I wish that the oil was fresher. My lot was pressed almost exactly a year ago, which I am aware is perfectly acceptable by safety/quality standards. I can imagine the difficulties of distributing ultra-fresh olive oil to the world and so I write this last bit to encourage everyone who may read it to SUPPORT FARMS LIKE THIS by buying ALL of your olive oil from real people and traditional farmers who do it right! Soon we'll all be guzzling fresh "olive juice" pressed weeks ago! So to sum it up: kudos to Ozelia for great olive oil and top-notch customer service! Highly Recommend!

I'm probably not the best person to ask about olive oil. I don't even like the taste of extra virgin olive oil too much. But using it for the health benefits. I don't use in for cooking with heat since extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point, but I like it in salads.What I'm usually looking for is extra virgin oil of a single origin (ideally Grease) that is cold pressed and unfiltered. This one fits the description. Tastes good (for an oil :D), has very nice and dark bottle for storage. I know it all doesn't say much, but I like it and will be buying again as long as it's available on amazon.

I don't like grassy olive oils, and so I like this one. To my taste, tris is the second best olive oil for salad dressing that I've found. The only better being a different olive oil from the same company. I don't cook with this at all, it is only a finishing oil.

Beautiful color and delicious flavor in this high quality olive oil used for dunking good Italian bread, blended with aged balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs for salads and drizzling on cooked fresh vegetables and delicate fish. Enjoy right out of the bottle. This is NOT for cooking!

I will buy this olive oil again. The flavor is fruity, full-bodied, and round. The olive oil does not have the very bitter taste of some lesser quality olive oils. Great value for the price.

We use this oil for bread dip. Seems to be decent and very flavorful when mixed with other herbs. We do not use it daily and the bottle is almost too tall to store without toppling if bumped. With kids and cats we have taken extra precautions.

Good quality but nothing special to accommodate the price. I've tasted more flavorful oils. If you are looking for a very mild [and no character] olive oil - this is it. Otherwise, I'd choose another

The taste is amazing. Even my 16 year tastes the difference from other products. It was fresh, green and bursted with flavors. And aromatic. Definitely an oil I will rebuy Thank you for taking such great care of those olives and sharing with us
