Before I tried this collagen, I couldn't bend my knees, it was too much pain. Now, after 3 months taking the pills I can surprisingly squat all the way down on my own weight. I'm not 100% sure if there is a direct correlation, but I have no other explanation.

I took one bottle as directed. At first I saw minimal results with my osteoarthritis in my knee. Then I started on another bottle and notice my stiffness became moderate. I also experienced full range of motion that,I haven't had in quite some time.

I purchased a bottle of this and took the 1 a day like it stated. After 2 months when the bottle was empty I didnt reorder any. After 1 week I noticed my knees felt sore and a couple of other things too. I reordered some and the discomfort in my knees went away! This really works for me!

This product I don t know if it is going to work but what I can recommend you is if you are going to take it do not do it with your stomach empty...do it just before your main meal it could be befor the lunch of dinner because if you do it after the side effects are strong with bloating stomach or farting all over the air and other stuffs. avoid that taking just before your main meal.

This collagen made a great job to my joints. Am an old bodybuilder and it happens that I left 100 kg and sometimes more then my joints are affected badly at my age but this product resolved this issue and for sure I will continue taking it .
