I like the fact that these flexible straws are individually wrapped, safe, and easy to unwrap and use. A plastic straw never hurt or killed anyone or anything so the hoopla against them needs to stop! I don't understand why many people are against using plastic straws when there are several great benefits to using plastic straws. First of all, if you want to ingest decomposing paper as paper straws are used or you want to put your lips on a cup that may not be clean of previous users of the cup or free from contamination of the cup being grabbed where you put your lips, be my guest and don't use a plastic straw. Additionally, when drinking dark sodas, drinks, or coffee (after it cools to a safe temperature), plastic straws help reduce the staining effect of the beverage since the liquid has a direct shot to being swallowed versus being swished around in your mouth resulting in increased staining action. There is another type of straw out there that is supposedly being marketed to replace plastic straws, but it has a plastic-like coating on it, so I don't understand the logic in that. Maybe there isn't any and it's all a scam. As for metal straws, wait until you impale yourself when you misjudge how far away it is or suck up who knows what when you don't get it clean enough from a previous use. You'll wish you had a plastic straw. Anyway, if you are in the market for getting straws, this is an excellent product and I highly recommend this product!

My dad has some swallowing issues and after coming home from the hospital I wanted to have some bendy straws on hand at home and also when I take him out of the house. The straws are sturdy and come individually wrapped, making them convenient to travel with. Highly recommend!

We use a lot of drinking straws in our household, so I searched through Amazon, and came across these straws, I like the flexible ones and that I can get them in bulk, the price wasn't to bad also, from one satisfied customer.

It's a disposable straw. I read the few of the reviews before making my decision to purchase. We have Grandchildren and they like drinking from a straw. Milk (one prefers chocolate), juices, water and the occasional soft drink, always using a straw. When we ran out of disposable straws we bought "re-useable" straws. That was a medical disaster waiting to happen. Back to disposable straws, individually wrapped, please. These straws are, according to the Seller, made in the US. The bending portion of the straw did not break or leak even after multiple attempts of me bending it to see if I could get it to fail, didn't happen All straws in the box were individually sealed in paper and will be used. Kindly re-cycle. I was surprised, when I finally paid attention to it, how many of our adult guests prefer to use straws too.

I needed some straws and these worked very very well. I like the size,the way they bend,they are strong not flimsy and they individually are in a packet for convenience.
