Absolutely love this product! Hard to beat the wireless capability, amazing to take with you on a trip and use anytime! Device heats up quickly and allows you to get close to your skin. Battery life is strong and can be used at least 10-15 times without need to charge. This has been the best beard straightner I've found yet! I've had a corded beard straightener for a couple of years now which has worked great, but I travel a lot for work and wanted to try out something more travel friendly. I wouldn't say that this product is terrible by any means, but it just didn't live up to my expectations, especially when compared with the one I already have.Pros:* It's really quite small and portable, which is great.* Easy to use.* Nice LED screen.Cons:* I have a medium length beard (3 inches or so?), and the bristles on this comb are way to short and cannot get through it. There are also these odd rubber tips that tend to create friction when brushing, making it even more difficult. For a smaller beard, this might not be an issue.* As others have mentioned, this thing cannot hold power for the life of it. It literally loses a "bar" of battery life within 30 seconds of turning it on (fully charged).* I don't know why, but this thing has burned me several times. I think it has something to do with using the rubber tips as the main protection against the heat; they just bend out of the way and expose an incredibly hot bristle.Bottom line, I would not recommend this to anyone with a beard longer than an inch. If you're at an inch or less, maybe it would work out. I ended up returning mine.

Poor battery life: 3-4 hrs. to fully charge, battery drains mostly/completely after a single use.Heavy product.Smells while heated, smell gets worse while using, & even worse when using oil products as the directions recommend for best results.Heats quickly. Approx. 1-2 minutes.Product smokes while utilizing. Makes me worrisome.Ultimately not a straightener, best described as a “heated brush” for your beard.Doesn’t help with fly-aways.Directions written by someone who has English as a 2nd language, & it’s very obvious.

This straightener does a decent job of straightening, but there are some issues with the quality of the product itself. First, and I’d say the biggest issue, is that the rubber tips meant to prevent you from burning yourself started breaking off after 8-10 uses, with more breaking every time I use it. This is with me being very gentle with it.Second, the battery seems... inconsistent. It’ll take 2-3 hours to charge, and fully drains from about 20-30 minutes of use. The problem I’ve been experiencing is that the battery will just drain by 20-30% just being left turned off and unplugged overnight. So there’s a chance that, when fully charging it the night before using it, you won’t have enough juice to get through straightening all your hair before it dies.The last problem I have that’s worth mentioning is that the rubber tips don’t do a great job of preventing you from getting burned. Even before the tips were breaking off, I’d still end up burning myself at least twice every time I tried to use this straightener.As I mentioned, it does a decent job of straightening, and I do like the portability. I just wish the quality was better

Ok I bought 3 different electric strainers models and planned to keep the best. This one is it. I can use it on my curly mustache and goatee.The other one you too have probably looked at on Amazon was even better but for sure I would really get a burn if its unprotected comb touched any skin. And this one has protected comb tines. That said My wife like=d the unprotected one for her hair. But for the face this one here is best.

Heat is great, works well on beard. My only complaint is that the battery does not hold a charge. My husband uses it maybe every other day for about 3 minutes each & has to charge it after very 2 uses.

Would give a 5 star if the battery would last more than 10 minutes! Totally dissatisfied but it's for my husbands beard so he doesnt need no more than those 10. Also, takes 2 hours or more to fully charge!

Used the lowest setting and this piece of crap lit my beard on fire. No joke, no troll my beard was set on fire by this crap. Don't buy unless you are looking to regrow your beard.
