Christmas gift zonk!
This was a big disappointment for my grandson. The item was difficult to assemble even with the tools provided and then once it was assembled, it fell apart. It wouldn't stay in place. The seat kept falling down and the left handle bar where the brake is located, fell off too! Not good quality at all. When I reported it and requested a refund, I was informed that the vendor doesn't provide refunds, instead they sent me another scooter exactly like it. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this vendor or this electric scooter to anyone. :(

This is an excellent purchase, seller was amazing. My item got damage and seller took excellent care of me and my needs they shipped out another one right away. I will defanetly will be buying this for my kids. I got it for my nephew and trust me it was a total hit. Really recommended.
