Yummy Cracked Bulgur Wheat 20 Lbs, High in Fiber, 100% Natural, Made in USA

Great taste, consistent post-cooking texture throughout, and nice coarseness. I don't like finer textures, so I like what I'd guess is a #3 for this. I cook this in homemade stock with just a tiny pat of butter for some smoothness and a Tbsp or two of orzo to mix up the mouth feel. The only places locally I can buy this is health food stores which charge more per pound than strip steak. It's not rocket science food.

Excellent product. My only issue is with the nutrition info, which is a fantasy. 40g of bulgur (the serving size indicated on the label), has far more than 80 calories, and far fewer than 8 grams of protein. A quick Google, or even checking the labels on competing products on Amazon shows the actual numbers are closer to 135 calories and 5 grams of protein. This is relevant for calorie counters and vegetarians counting protein.

Best Bulgar I have eaten in a long time

I was going through my pantry to check on my bulgar (separated/individually packed bags and an original full bag). What I noticed was an expiration that was from last year (7 months out from when I originally purchased the two bags, so my bad on that part) and movement. The bag was absolutely infested with some sort of bug. I checked the individually repackaged bags which I had made from the other bag, also infested. I have gone through the whole of the pantry and can't find any other bugs. As I had an intact whole bag along with individually repackaged bags infested, and no other food items affected, I strongly suspect these bags had shipped with the bugs. What a waste.
