A lot like the old aquaphor formula
Love this stuff. I've been using aquaphor for my babies since 2019 and sometime around 2020 they changed their formula to a thicker more solid formula that wasn't as easy to spread. I've tried a couple of other brands since then but never liked any as well, and finally decided to try this product this year. This Amazon basics ointment is just like the old pre 2020 aquaphor formula and is silky smooth and easy to spread and keeps my baby's bum rash free. I'll save a LOT of money buying these 4 packs which is only a few dollars more than a single jar of the name brand! Definitely a good value purchase. I wish I had tried this stuff years ago. I do wish there was a smaller tube option available to toss in the diaper bag.

Very wet
My skin becomes red really easily. This ointment helps, does its job BUT It is very "wet" and you feel it on your skin even a few hours later... I used to use heavy babies cream for diapers and it made the same work but was much less "wet" and I didn't feel it on my skin after 1-2 minutes. I prefthe babies stuff

I have extremely dry, skin. I use this sometime when my skin becomes irritated from being dry, it does the trick very soothing and thick

Better than the name brand !
Used with my first and still using with my second ! I use it as diaper rash cream or even when my son gets a rash it keeps it hydrated. Just as good as Aquaphor, if not better, at a fraction of the cost. Not too Liquidy either, perfect cream !

Very Good Product
I was a bit sceptical of buying this because of the mixed reviews but I'm glad I went ahead and got it. This product is definitely what I was looking for. It is a solid ointment that absorbs really good, it's smooth and not runny, it makes my skin feel soft and not greasy. This is better than I thought and I will definitely purchase again.
