Arca Swiss Quick Release Plate with 2 1/4" Screws for Nikon Telephoto Lenses (Screw Distance Adjustable from 28-40mm)

I purchased this for use with the Canon 100-400L lens. This particular plate is too large and not an exact fit, but I bought it just before I had to take a trip so I made do. The plate is solidly built and worked fine with my Arca-Swiss ball head. With two plates now I don't have to keep taking the one off my camera so that I can put it on the lens. Before buying I highly recommend determining the size you need so that you aren't over/under buying for your needs.
