Excellent product and customer support!
I installed my first CRACKMON crack monitors 2 years ago and I love them! The tape on the gauge makes them very easy to install (not all the competitors have this), and the red bullseye makes them very easy to read. On my last order, I had a special request, and when I contacted Builders Websource they were very accommodating! They are also available for technical support.

Easy to install.
I used this to monitor a building on a hill that was beginning to drop during a dry spell. After a good couple days of rain the monitor returned to zero and zero.

Good build quality
Nice build quality. Comes taped so that you can install it easy and accurate. I would buy again.

Doesn't include adhesive or mounting hardware
It seems like a quality product but it does not come with the mounting epoxy or hardware to attach it. That has to be ordered seperatly.
