How do you keep track of how many times it has been used? Can you tell when it is exhausted?

The instructions state that it can be used 30 times. There are little circles (1-30) on the box, so you can just mark off each time you use it. Other users have stated that they have been able to use the color grabber more than 30 times, but I haven't tried that. I don't use it for every wash - just when I have mixed colors in the wash or when I am washing a dark fabric for the first time and think it may run.

The Carbona Color & Dirt Grabbers are made in different part of the country. But they are distributed in New Jersey.

Are these cloths scented?

I have the reusable (at least 30 times) cloth ones. No scent. They really do work.

Can these be put in the dryer or should they be air dried?

I have accidently put them in the dryer in the past, but I recommend they be air dried.
