It operates solely on water pressure, requiring no electricity or batteries, making it ideal for gardens, patios, greenhouses, and raised beds. This system precisely adjusts watering to each plant’s needs, saving time, water, and nutrients while ensuring healthier, faster-growing plants with minimal maintenance. ## Description Tropf-Blumat Sensors (the one's with the small adjustable brown knob on top) are designed for greenhouses, growrooms, decks, and outside gardens. Tropf Blumat soil-moisture sensors (carrots) restrict/allow water flow throughout your system based on customizable moisture levels in your beds, pots, or soil. You won't have to worry about your plants having too much or too little water ever again even while you're on vacation! Our medium kits are designed to water areas up to 3.5 square meters, or 12 potted plants. This kit is nearly identical to our deluxe medium kit, however, it comes with a 5-gallon gravity tank with thru-hulls already installed. i.e. This kit includes everything you need to create your very own electricity-free, gravity-fed system. Blumat systems can adjust to any plant type or desired moisture level. The water is released slowly and in doses. Consequently, plants always receive tempered water and healthy and lush growth is the result. This specific kit comes with 5" carrots, which are better for smaller potted plants (10 gallons at most). If you have large plants (10+ gallon pots), we recommend using 9" carrots, or Maxis, to get water deep into the soil. Automatically water a 4' x 8' raised bed with just a rain barrel or water reservoir. The reservoir should be at least 3' above ground level. Optional pressure regulator attaches to garden hose or faucet and can provide enough water for up to 500 Blumat Carrots. This Kit Includes: The Tropf Blumat self-watering system functions automatically. As the soil dries, a vacuum and hydro-static pressure, coupled with a spring-loaded gating mechanism, pulls water from the main line. When the soil is sufficiently moist, pressures equalize, and the Tropf Blumat automatically stops taking in water. Perfect for landscapers and home gardeners. This kit includes forty 5" carrots and all the parts required for a gravity-fed system. Reservoirs should be at least 3' above ground-level. The Tropf Blumat system is great for watering balcony boxes, planters, hanging baskets, and row crops. It fulfills the needs of the plants on an individual basis, regardless of their location, light levels, or plant type. Our systems save your plants from excessive and improper watering. Tropf Blumat system are ideal for plant groupings that require consistent moisture, such as vegetable gardens, bushes, flower beds, grow bags, and greenhouse containers ## Features - AUTOMATIC DRIP IRRIGATION: Automate your watering without power, batteries, pumps, or timers; Save time, water, and nutrients; Provide healthier, more potent, and faster-growing plants - HIGH QUALITY CERAMIC: Made in Austria, durable and reliable; Designed for greenhouses, patios, decks, raised beds and outside gardens - NO MORE UNDER OR OVER WATERING: System adjusts to any plant type or desired moisture level; Each plant gets just what they need - NO GREEN THUMB REQUIRED: Keep your plants alive and thriving regardless of skill level - EASY SET UP: No pumps necessary, your plants will get the water they need to survive during power outages; You will never have to worry about a pump and can go off on vacation and have your plants look after themselves ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B00F4DUWRO | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,187,581 in Patio, Lawn & Garden (See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden) #8,563 in Outdoor Storage & Housing | | Brand | Blumat | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (7) 4.1 out of 5 stars | | Fit Type | Flexible Tubing Connection | | Hose Length | 23 feet | | Included Components | 5 - Blumat carrots (5") | | Manufacturer | Blumat | | Material | Ceramic | | Model Name | IG15666 | | Model Number | IG15666 | | Part Number | IG15740 | | Power Source | Water Pressure-driven | | Set Name | 8 Pack Deluxe | | Size | 8 Pack Deluxe | | Special Features | Adjustable | | Style | Modern | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Blumat - **Material:** Ceramic - **Power Source:** Water Pressure-driven - **Size:** 8 Pack Deluxe - **Style:** Modern ## Images ![Drip Irrigation Kit for 8 Plants with Pressure Reducer - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71W2utapkuL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Blumat Irrigation System for 8 Plants w/Pressure Reducer | Automatic Drip Irrigation Kit | No Electricity, No Batteries Required | Garden, Patio, Hanging Baskets, Raised Bed, Greenhouse - Water Reservoir for Blumat Systems | 5-Gallon Bucket w/Lid & Bulkhead Fittings Installed | Ready for 8mm Super-Flex Tubing, Blumat Watering Sensors & Irrigation Systems | HDPE Food-Grade Plastic --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/13764331-drip-irrigation-kit-for-8-plants-with-pressure-reducer](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/13764331-drip-irrigation-kit-for-8-plants-with-pressure-reducer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
