Ordered this. Outer package not damaged. Both pieces were very noticeably bent.Lots of work to put back in box, and get it returned. Very heavy.No problem with Seller replacing it. Second shipment arrived promptly, and with nothing bent.Issue was someone sent a clearly damaged product, which we then had to repackage and return - closest UPS is over 25 miles away.Other than all the time and effort and work to deal with the return of what should never have been shipped, it’s a good product.

This is my second purchase of this brand. Both hooks are working well to hold up two heavy-hanging baskets. My first one is three years old and not a spot of peeling or rust. I soaked the ground with water and then stepped on the bottom prongs to get the piece flush with the ground. They aren't going anywhere.

Used them to make an aisle to the ceremony site with ribbon and bows. Now we are going to use them to make a path for Christmas
