The first time I used it for scrambled eggs, I tried to slide them out and they didn't move.I have used this pan several times since, it's a great pan and I use a little butter, easy to clean; wipe it out with a paper towel. I'm using it strictly for eggs and it's great. Low heat with butter (real butter).

I normally use Gotham copper pans. But Ive been having to replace them every few months. I only use them for eggs daily. I cook nothing else on them. So since they kept losing the non stick I decided to try this one. I can already tell it’s made so much better! And it comes with a lid and a wooden spatula. You don’t even have to use soap or scrub! Just wipe it off with a paper towel. Literally nothing sticks to it. It’s amazing. Definitely recommend!

This is the best frying pan I have ever had. I love the even heat distribution and the ease of cleaning. My food cooks beautifully in it at a slightly lower temperature than I used to have to put my other nonstick pan. I highly recommend this pan as a necessity in any kitchen!

I like it but it arrived with no paperwork as to how to care for etc. Worse though,it arrived with little black flecks of who-knows-what inside. The handle on the lid gets a little warm to the touch. But I chose it for the non stick feature and that is perfect. I gave it a 4 🌟 because it wasn't clean on arrival.

This frying pan is the perfect size for most things I cook. Nothing sticks and it’s so easy to clean. Do be careful of metal knob on the lid as it gets very hot.

I wanted a nice copper pan with lid. Well I love the pan but water gets in between the glass and the knob/handle. Problem is that it’s screwed on, so to get the water out to rinse the soapy water and to let dry…it has to be unscrewed. It’s s design flaw, water shouldn’t be able to get in there!

Very durable and easy to clean. Top is far don't like the large knob for storage but great to reduce heat. Keep the wood spatula they are too thick to use

This is the best frying pan iv ever had. I can actually make an omelette that looks like an omelette. Also it wipes clean no matter what I have cooked in it.
