It’s okay

This nasal spray doesn’t dry you out. It’s very mild. You can use it as much as you need. It helps with my congestion. Reasonably priced.

Did help with nose

I like it. Doesn't taste bad. Weirdly though, my nose stays broken out inside. This has xylitol in it. Perhaps it's best used sporadically but not daily. Here is what it says it does to the mouth so perhaps it's doing to the inside of my nose. I used it once in the middle of each night, to keep my nose from drying out. I live in a hot place so I keep a fan running which dries out my nose. This is so nice, but have to try something zylitol free next. (Xylitol is known for its dental benefits, as it can help prevent tooth decay and cavities. However, excessive consumption of xylitol-containing products (like chewing gum) can sometimes lead to dental issues such as gum irritation or mouth sores.)

I DIDN'T NOTICE ANY NEGATIVES ABOUT THE SPRAY ! RIGHT PROTOCOL FOR EACH SICKNESS IS TO ATACK THE CAUSE / PLACE OF THE PROBLEM AND XLEAR DOES EXACTLY THAT !

Very effective

I get sinus headaches, and blocked nose-no other symptoms. Something to do with the cloud and weather i think. These drops are rather unpleasant to use, in my opinion. They do 'burn' a little, and smell a bit weird-just use a little! BUT they have really helped. I only have had to use them every three days or so-and they don't damage my nostrils like other brands do.
