Just treat your problem areas with this every day after your shower. Don't use cotton balls. Just pour into hand and splash on face, chest, back, neck etc. Wherever you have problem areas. Zits start well before you see them so don't skip days and don't gague results for at least three weeks after you start using this product. It's very effective if used liberally and often.I have genetics for bad acne so I've been battling for decades and this is my favorite over the counter method.
