Door handles are easily jiggled open even if locked. I do not recommend these. My business could have been broken into because of these janky handles.

This did not come as depicted there is no outside handle. I will return.

Piece of crap, don't buy literally fell apart, doesn't stay latched, don't waste your money

Door unlocks if you wiggle the outside handle. Very unsafe for store owners

You jiggle the handle and it opens

This product was installed on a commercial building for use on an exterior door in the back of the building. It seemed to be made well but was easy to get in despite being installed correctly. If you turn the handle up a few times we were able to get the handle to unlock without the key and get into the building. We may need to purchase new hardware for what we are using it for.

This worked fin to replace an existing unit. It was shorter than the old one so cosmetically it didnt match the old one but for hundreds less it seems to be working fine.
