I thought at first the quality of the wool was great until during my work the wool became thin to almost breaking apart. Then after that there were different thicknesses which made my working not so good. I was disappointed in this. So it only got 2 star review

The colour was different than the picture it was more like a salmon pink.The quality was not the same as the usual DK wool. It is very thin, too thin for my project which requires DK.I am returning 5 balls...for £1ish extra per ball you get a far far better quality.(The other colours I purchased were lovely but the same inadequate quality).

I ordered one ball, it arrived in perfect condition, in a little box, lovely soft wool can highly recommend this site.

I originally purchased this yarn to finish off a project's edge and it was okay, not great. It is not great quality, but I didn't mind it as it was only 2 pounds a ball and easily purchased with one-day shipping on amazon. You can get a comparable yarn on the Knitting Network that is better quality for around 1.50 pounds, so the shipping was the real benefit. Now they have increased the price to 2-4x the competition, despite having a lesser quality yarn.

I bought this to use for skin tone on a Frida Kahlo needle punching design and it was perfect. I'd bought a couple of others but they were either too light or too dark, but this was a match.

Good quality wool, mum was after some black wool to knit herself a jumper - she didn't want me to buy her one, she wanted to knit it herself and we were having trouble finding decent black wool in our local high street. Took a chance by buying online but very happy with the quality and mum is very happy knitting with this lovely easy to use wool.

I'm very pleased with this yarn. So far I've tried multiple colours and found it to be easy to work with and perfect for my amigurumi projects. It is however not very soft (which is preferable for amigurumi). Also like many other yarns the consistency may be different depending on the colour. But the yarn is very consistent and evenly distributed within the same colour. Will be buying more in the future.

I liked the product, but when I tried to reorder it the price had doubled in 2 weeks. Can I ask why. Mrs D Brothers.
