These work so much better than the big box anchors or those cheezy anchors that come with everything from china. Somehow these dual hardness plastic anchors hold better in the drywall and brick.

My Colorado house is 117 years & had plenty of previous neglect. The walls are thin/worn plaster & were in very bad shape. But I have lots to hang on them & had no idea how without more damage. I read that the Fischer 55006 DuoPower Wall Plug were the way to go, & they WORK! Very easy to use - follow any instructions available. Now to hang up your wall art & be happy!

They are tougher than your usual silicone plug, but still can twist if you try to hammer them in. And their counter is not amazing as they can get out when you are screwing in the screw if its not held too tight in the wall. That being said, they are definitely tougher than the generic ones from ikea on any other nameless brand, just not as touch as I wished they would be.

Al met al ben ik uiterst tevreden met de fischer DuoPower 6 x 30 S pluggen. Ze zijn betrouwbaar, eenvoudig te gebruiken en bieden uitstekende prestaties voor al mijn bevestigingsbehoeften. Voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een sterke en veelzijdige plug voor verschillende toepassingen, kan ik deze van harte aanbevelen!

I bought a variety pack originally somewhere else to try, and loved these ones so much, I had to top up my supply as they are they only ones I’ll use in recent years. I’ve always had issues with other types of anchors and they never stay where they need to (spin in circles as I put a screw in even thought the pilot hole was correctly sized), or as you tap them into the drilled hole the plastic bends - I have none of those issues with these ones ever. They are so simple to use, durable, and I’ve been using them for several years now. I will only use this brand because of how much success I’ve had with them, and the quantity in this item compared with cost in a store is a huge bargain. 10/10 recommend.
