Do the pants have a fly?

Yes there is a fly. I highly recommend this sleepwear set. They are not too warm and not too hot. The elastic is perfect.

Why don't I see any size options?

when I purchase it they were sizes small, medium and large, I like it fits really good. Hope this is helpful.

What is length of pajama pants?

If you click on the size chart in the product description, it states 29.1 inches for large

How can you put the drawstring back in after it comes out?

I don’t know but you might be able to push a wire (example- a bent out shirt hanger) with rounded loop through where the drawstring was. Then tie the drawstring to the loop and then pull the drawstring through. This would be hard and it could be done.
