Helps me stay asleep, no hung over feeling next day.

The recommended dose is one tablet. However, I take two tablets each night along with two tablets of standardized valerian root by nature's way. No matter how wired I am when I take them, in about 1.5 hours I'm heavily sedated, such that I cannot stay awake even if I tried. This combo has been reliable and predictable. I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, sleep through the night, and wake up refreshed with no hangover feeling at all.

My niece recommended this product to help with sleep. It does help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and I slept most of the night. I like that it doesn't make me feel hungover once I get up for the day. I have tried many sleep products and I was pleasantly surprised with Sleep 3.

I can't imagine trying to function without these!! They've made a TREMENDOUS difference in my ability to fall (and stay) asleep! I (obviously) appreciate that, AND I appreciate the LACK of major brain fog like I experienced with prescription sleep aids.I also like the fact that there's no diphenhydramine in them to trigger asthma issues. They're reasonably small, easy to swallow and they last just long enough for a decent night's sleep. I'm so thankful to have discovered these!

A friend highly recommended this sleep aid. Good concept but didn't work for me. I'm sure it is a high quality product but it just didn't work for me. To be fair, it did make me drowsy and I fell asleep okay but I woke up after a couple hours and stayed awake. Also to be fair, melatonin has never helped me with sleep. That's just ME. This innovative product may work fine for you. If you're having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, it's worth a try. I cannot give it 5 stars but don't want to rate it too poorly. Try it for yourself. Just know that it's not returnable/refundable.

Some time ago I realized that melatonin was helpful for me. And I was grateful to find this particular brand. And the dosage appears to be just right for me in regards to a solid sleep quality. There is no after taste, and it allows me sleep throughout the night. It's effectiveness has been true for me.

Good sleep product. I’m always in the hunt for a good sleep product. My sleep issues are due to health issues. I pair these with natural herbs and sometimes melatonin.

Update 12:45 a.m. first night:I have laid in bed for almost 2 hours trying to sleep. I routinely take 10 mg sublingual melatonin which still takes about 30-45 minutes to fall asleep. This is not working for me. I took it 30 minutes before I was in bed ready to sleep, as instructed....to no avail. I will need to return. I am wide awake and feeling very cranky.Original post:The picture is of a bottle. It arrives in a box with unit dose tablets. I am old. I NEVER buy unit dose. I cannot get them open easily. Will have to delete my subscription and search for another product.

تعبت من استخدامه من اول مره يصحبني دوار شديد بعد الاستيقاظ استخدمته مرتين فقط وامتنعت عن استخدامه بسبب التعب الشديد الذي يصبني بعد مااستيقظ من النوم هذه تجربتي

It cause me a lot of side effects I had to stop it.
