The hat was all dirty and some of the stitches from inside are undo.

It was packed with care to ensure nothing happened to it. The craftsmanship of the hat was amazing. My sister loved mine so much she ordered one on the day mine arrived.

I have been looking for a hat that fits for a long time. This hat fits like it was custom made for me. Came in a plastic hat bag and they included a cleaning sponge. Absolutely love it and I will continue to do business with them

Genuine Stetson just lower tier. Affordable for everyone. I needed a black hat to wear with my black suit and black boots. This is the only one I could find and get in time. I’m a 7-1/4 but they only had 7-1/8. Fit perfect. I have 4x and 6x hats and up but I was surprised and pleased with the quality of this hat. Especially for the money.Will be getting this hat in more colors.

A lot of the lettering on the inside part wore off the first time I put it on and got all that gold letter junk on my hair. The rest of the hat is okay quality. But the inside brim is cheap Chinese quality. Way less then what I expected from something made by Stetson. Another thing was, that When you order hats like those from big brand companies you’re expecting the hat to come with its own box and all that jazz like usual. This hat just comes in an old cardboard box from USPS with some cheap foam and plastic bag protecting the hat. Although, I like the hat and I don’t regret my purchase I personally believe it was just a little overpriced for the quality of the item and not to mention that it claims to be 7 1/2 yet it’s massive compared to other 7 1/2 hats of mine. I think that I most likely won’t be buying from this seller again. Overall I rate the hat a 3 Stars / 5 Stars

My husband where's this one more than the Rodeo King that I bought him that was double the $$$. Says it's comfortable and it keeps him warm in these winter months. If you don't care able how many x's there are, I'd highly recommend this one. A great work hat.

We went to a destination wedding in Big Sky Montana and it was a western theme. This hat fit the bill perfectly. Looked good on and stayed on when the wind kicked up a bit. I will have to wear it some more since I got a bunch of complements. I would buy this one again.

Nice looking hat! The fit was a very slight bit larger than expected (not unusual. I have four cowboy hats the same size, one fit a little snug, 2 fit perfect and this one a little large). Not enough to exchange for smaller, just slipped a piece of foam packing under the band, perfect! This is the first wool felt hat I have purchased. It is a little stiffer than my beaver felt hats and has a rougher hand. This hat is in the Stallion line of hats by Stetson, a "value priced" sub-line. Oakridge is the style. (This is not clear in the info on the sale page). It is nicely made like my other more expensive Stetsons. I wanted a black hat but didn't to pay a lot for it (recently paid $250 for a nice 6X beaver fur... so I know the difference.) It's exactly what I was looking for. The only down size is it does not come with a hat box, no big deal.
