This bike attachment for your GoPro is definitely sturdy. It can rotate easily.by pulling from the bolt that tightens the GoPro bracket and it keeps it position sturdily. It can be rotated to different kinds of angles you for your GoPro perfect visual.Good black finish and it blends well with the bike's paint tone. It fits my seat postnwell but I can see how it would be difficult to attach to a non rounded post. The screws/bolts provides worked well except for the fact that they were too long. Everytime I would pedal, I would feel the side of my legs touching them. I ended up cutting off the bolts to fit tight and shorter showing pass the tread of the bracket. I ended up scuffing the finish just a little but the trim worked and I don't seem to feel any contact with the parts of the bracket. I'm sure mounting the bracket on other parts of the bike could be less intrusive and not necessary to cut off the bolts. If Inhad a wish, it would be that a few extra length bolts would be provided.This bracket could also be used on other applications.

Bought this to mount a headlight to the fork on my bike. On a traditional steel fork with an oval cross section, it fits almost perfectly and is rock solid. It gets the light off my handlebars, but can still be easily reached while riding. I expect this would also mount securely to a unicrown style fork, which is more round (since this was meant to clamp to round handlebars to begin with).The only change I had to make was that I had to find some shorter screws to make sure they had plenty of clearance to the spokes.

While the swivel does go around a full 360, its downfall is that it is incremental in 30 degree "snaps". It clicks into place around the swivel, and unfortunately my handlebar sweep needs something closer to 22.5 degrees. My shots are now too far to the right it left. Keep this in mind if you get this. There construction is good, just you don't really have unlimited adjustments for 360 degrees.I would have preferred to see 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, 90°, if they were going to lock it in to specific angles instead of the 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°.

So far this has been a good quality mount. I've used it on my motorcycle and by bicycle. It looks and feels well-made and sturdy. However, as others have pointed out, the spring mechanism that allows it to rotate, also makes it rattle on uneven surfaces, like when I'm off-road on my mountain bike, hence the 4 stars. Action cam stabilization takes care of that so it's not visible in the videos, but still.

The only reason I docked one star is cause it’s not easy to move from bike to bike, and the Allen wrench included was slightly shorter than it should be; so, it’s even harder to take on and off. Not too big of a deal but it is a little annoying if you have multiple bikes to use it one. But it stays on very well. I used it on dirt bikes, still stayed with all that movement and impact. I’d buy again

I put mine on a hiking pole, with a phone mount to use as a selfie stick to take video. Works really well and I really love the ability to rotate it so that I can get just the right angles. Eventually the phone mount broke, but this bracket did not. Going to mount it on my mountain bike next see how the footage comes out there

Bought this to mount a camera on the front of our tandem. The mount to the tandem was great, but the mount between the product and the camera adapter could not be tightened enough by hand to hold the camera up while riding on the road. After the 2nd bump, the camera was pointed toward the sky and taking video of the sky. Not really helpful. The mount between this product and the camera has been used successfully with other mounts. Would have given it a 1 if the mount to the tandem wasn’t great. Shouldn’t need to use a tool to get the camera to stay level…I don’t have to with any of my other mounts.

Ordered a GoPro Hero 8 and handlebar mount designed with Wahoo quick disconnect fittings. USPS sent the Wahoo mount off into "Limbo" for an indeterminate time ... desperate to put the camera to use I found this mount, well designed, well machined, very sturdy, ... & offered for less than half the price of the originally ordered mount. Fully endorse this mount with one reservation: I found it hard to fully tighten the knob with just finger torque so that the camera wouldn't work loose after high vibration rides (partially I think due to mounting room temp cameras to the mount & riding in 38°F weather ... which I think contracted the camera mounting tabs while riding, causing them to loosen/rotate in the mount). If I'd checked & retightened it may not have been an issue, but to ensure it didn't recur I drilled two holes through the knob ... which allows me to apply a little extra tightening torque using an allen key ... haven't seen the problem since.

Lets start with this.. If you are buying to permanently to your bike, this could be your 5 star product. It feels well made, its sturdy and has good ability to adjust it with quite a sturdy click when twisting it. Its a nice colour and come off fine after using in a full day of rain.For me however it was meant to temporarily fix to bikes on a holiday, and as such the requirement to need to screw it on and off with an allen key was really inconvenient. I feel like simply adding a butterfly screw would resolve this minor inconvenience easily.

I ordered two different products - from different sellers and both, including this, has left me disappointed.The product is of excellent quality, the materials are clearly very good.But since the clamp mechanism doe into work, it renderers the entire product useless.I will replace it for the same product and update my review after testing it out on my motorbike.Can't seem to find the replace option though - just refund.

For context, I bought this bike for a full sus mountain bike and I use a GoPro Hero7.For a mountain bike, if you're on a trail or down hill riding, the bumps can cause it to gradually fall up or down even when it's fully tightened.The rotation feature is a great idea, but when it's bumpy the rattling through vibrating parts it's pretty bad and is quite visible even when GoPro's hyper smooth feature is switched on.This mount is perfect for road biking, not a good idea for mountain biking however.

Took this out on my road bike with my Gopro 7 mounted. After a couple of miles I found the camera pointing at the ground, retightened the through bolt only to find the same thing happened some miles later

Perfect for use on my bike as a camera holder for road safety and making incident logs with the police.
