No privacy - completely see-through. Not exactly as described.

take off the liner completly before placing on the window
Once I got it on the window, it looked great, providing both privacy and light. Don't use too much water when applying. Also with some films, you need to peel back a couple of inches on the top and then squeegy it down the window. That doesn't work with this film. It is much easier if you remove the backing completely then apply to the window.

Cool Looking
This rain pattern is very cool looking. The only thing is, you have to remember that you want the rain to be vertical. So now to have enough width to cover my window, I have to hang the "rain" sideways. I may just buy a larger roll, so it actually looks like rain.

This product was a pleasant surprise. I did not think it would be as good as it was. Easy to put on. One year later, it’s still perfect. And it does a great job and looks great inside and out.
