I bought 3 of these as gifts for three sisters and they fell in love! In the daytime they are so dainty and look so pretty flowing in the wind. In the nighttime with the color changing lights, so gorgeous and relaxing! These are not chimes that make noise, they're more for just presentation. I haven't had any problems with the lights not working anymore, but if anything changes I'll give an update.

We bought these in honor our our moms and my son. My mom loved butterflies, his mom loved hummingbirds and my son visits me as a dragonfly

Love these! Yes they are plastic and aren't much of a wind chime if that is what you are wanting but it is so pretty at night as it constantly changes colors! Glad I got them!
