I’ve tried lots of brown rice flour for gluten-free baking, and this is by far the best one. It is high-quality, tastes great, and is finely ground so it is lightweight and not heavy.

Love the price, love the quality. This is my go-to for sourdough starters and simpler recipes. I've been baking gluten-free for 21 years, and this is more finely ground than the other rice flours I've tried. Recipes always turn out just a little better with this! I always keep a spare bag on hand.
