I have the 5.11 wingman bag that I use for work and needed some molle pouches to attach to it. Saw this one and initially thought it came with Ned supplies (it doesn’t) but can’t hold them responsible when i read it too fast. It’s large. Fits all i need including any regular meds (ibuprofen in particular) that i need daily at work. Like the Velcro area for blood type and other patches. Recommend it for anyone needing a large ifak bag.

I originally bought this med pouch to use as a IFAK attached to a player carrier but when it came in it's much much bigger than I thought it would be. Even though I think it's a little on the big side for that use I will be ordering 2 more of these exact pouches to use as IFAK's in my vehicles. The quality of this pouch actually rivals the quality of some of the more expensive pouches I've had.

Mole system is a plus so I can add to mu larger pack or attach like a tourniquet to the outside lots of options very flexible meet my needs

Not a huge fan of the tear-away velcro, but had no other complaints about this! Appropriate size and storage, as well as durability. MOLLE system is great. After much research, and trying several others similar, this took the cake.

It’s a fine medical pouch that’s held up well.
